Love and Fear, True and False

How do you know what is true?  How do you know what is false?

How do you feel?  That’s your truth speaking.

You know the difference.  Do you listen?

“There are two ends to the spectrum.  Fear is one end and it is false.  Love is at the other end and it is all that is true.” ~ Premiere Edition (Prima) through Liz Mitten Ryan

Do you feel fearful, or at peace?

Some will argue that fear keeps you safe.  Often, when our safety is in jeopardy, the decision to take us to safety is a quick and a peaceful one.  It’s never, “the house is one fire. Should I stay or leave?”  It’s a clean decision.

False Fear is not a clear and clean decision.  False fear is usually filled with shoulds and negative what if’s.

Truth is filled with love and peace.

If you get a false fear, what do you do?

You don’t always see the truth right away.  That’s okay!  Simply know that the false fear is a sign post that this is not the correct direction.

From that place you can begin to ask questions, and as you open up and turn away from the false fears, the truth will show itself.

JOY Challenge:

I choose to take action from a place of love, not fear today.

Suggestion:  A JOY Journal is a great place to ask those questions that come up when you don’t choose fear.
