About Velma

Velma Gallant, The Queen of JOY! is a radio show host, author, speaker, teacher, and healer. As the host of “Welcome Changes Radio, she has interviewed over 140 personal growth and development experts. Velma survived abuse and homelessness as a teen, divorce in her twenties, financial struggles, and more. These experiences challenged her to see beyond her experiences and claim the greater gifts and joys of life. Her greatest joys are her family and being of service to others by providing insight, wisdom and guidance both through her radio show and her personal coaching. Velma lives in Southern Alberta with her husband, son and dachshund.
