I just finished lunch, and was watching Oprah. Her guest was Dr. Oz, and they were talking about health (of course). In their conversation, Dr. Oz said that it was small changes made daily that added up to results.

This is so true for all areas of our life, and not just physical health! It also applies to emotional health, mental health, and spiritual health.

It also is true when applying the Law of Attraction to your life!

You do not need to meditate for hours. You do not need to visualize for hours.

No matter which tool you pick to support you with making changes in your life, it’s small incremental changes that make the difference.

This is exactly how the JOY Journal works! It’s small, incremental changes in your thinking process. It’s small, incremental shifts in your perception. It’s small, incremental shifts in your focus.

JOY Journaling only takes 5 minutes per days. That’s it!

5 minutes per day x 365 days = 1865 minutes of purposeful focus per year.

5 minutes per day x 5 days per week x 52 weeks = 1300 minutes of purposeful focus per year.

If you put 5 minutes a day in with CONSISTENT Intention, the power does not only add up to the minutes you put in, it’s exponential!

Your experience changes. You change. And all for the better!

http://joy-journal.com

You ARE worth the 5 minutes a day. Schedule YOU in.

For those of you who have played with me for a while (remember…I don’t work, I either Play or Plurk) you know I JOY Journal.

For those of who you have not played with me for very long, my JOY Journal is something I use every day, for 5 minutes each day.

I guess you can call it my “life shaping” tool, because honestly, it truly has helped me to consciously shape my life!

I notice a difference when I don’t do it as compared to when I do!

If you to here, http://joy-journal.com, you’re going to read about what happened to me 4 years ago that forced me to quit “trying” the Law of Attraction, and start “being” the Law of Attraction.

Yeah, I said Being. Law of Attraction isn’t something you do or do not, it’s something you be.

When you BE the Law of Attraction, you shape your life. When you TRY Law of Attraction you have nice little things happen every once in a while, and then you are disappointed an perhaps even devastated when the big things don’t happen.

My big thing was saving our home, and keeping our lives from being swallowed up whole. We had a young son. There was no other option but survival!

Again, you can read more about that at http://joy-journal.com.

After that situation turned around, one year later I began playing in my Journal with leaving my J.O.B. and working 100% for myself. I went part-time in 3 months, and full-time me in 6 1/2 months.

I learned that I didn’t have to be in a crisis to use my Journal! Yeah!

I wasn’t a Crisis LOA Be-er! I was a Living LOA Be-er!

(No, I’m not saying Beer. I can’t drink that stuff! LOL)

The JOY Journal will take you from being a LOA Try-er to a LOA Be-er!

http://joy-journal.com

And all it takes is just 5 minutes per day. Seriously!

The thing is, you can take the audio program and run with it, or you can take advantage of the JOY Journal Coaching Community too.

It’s a lifetime membership, and I’ll be in there daily to answer your questions and coach you through anything that may come up as you begin your JOY Journaling process.

All those in favour of LOA Being say I!

Dream BIG!

Velma Gallant
The Queen of JOY!

Christmas was wonderful. I so enjoy this time of the year

From the smell of Christmas baking to the smile on my son’s face as he opens the presents from Santa, the holiday is filled with love and joy.

This year, Christmas held some unexpected gifts as well.

At the end of Christmas Day, as family was cleaning up, and preparing to head home, someone said something to upset me.

As we’re heading home I say to myself that it was “expected”.

Hold on there! Back it up just a bit! Expected?

DOH!

What was expected, and why the heck did I expect THAT?

I am the creator of all that I experience. Why the heck would I create through that kind of expectation?

As you can tell, my special gift this year was awareness; the awareness that I have been creating the “expected” experiences, and have been doing so for years!

I mulled over this new Awareness all through Boxing Day and come up with some new expectations for when I play with family (and with anyone else who may “upset” me).

I expect that no matter what, they love me.

I expect that I look and listen for things to appreciate about everyone who comes into my experience.

I expect that I choose to feel good.

What do you expect? Does that expectation support you? If not, how do you choose to transform your expectation?

How about foregoing the “Resolutions” this year and choosing “Great Expectations”?

Happy New Year!

Did some fun stuff this weekend–fun business stuff that is.

I set myself up on Twitter. To you tweet?

http://www.twitter.com/queenofjoy

I also added a new plugin to the Welcome Changes Radio site. It’s called “commentluv”. What happens is it actually connects to your last blog post when you comment. It’s only working on the blog posts, and not the pages. I haven’t figured that part out yet, or if I can even do that. Still some experimenting to go, but it’s at least up!

If you have already listened to a favourite show, would you head on over and post a comment? I’d love to see if this thing is working!

If you don’t have a favourite yet, and you do have a blog, and you’re willing to help me out, I last week’s show with Kathleen Gage was awesome! (How was that for a run-on-sentence?)

http://www.welcomechanges.com/category/downloads

If you have a favourite show you’ve listened to, head on offer and post your comments. The intention is that the commenting supports your work too.

We pretty much had to stay in all weekend. It was blizzarding Friday night and Saturday morning. We got as low as -37F (which included the wind chill) while I was still awake.
