The truth is, we live both an Internal and External Life, and each is just as important as the other!

When we focus on one and neglect the other we still don’t get the results we want or need.  We still lack balance, and without Balance there is no true Growth.

Look at the tree.  If we give it water and nutrition (physical) but restrict the sunshine (spiritual), it’s growth is stunted.  If we give it sunshine, but restrict the water an nutrition, it’s growth is stunted.

You cannot have one without the other.  You cannot inhale without exhaling. You cannot have healthy waking hours without adequate sleep.

Do you see how important Balance is?  Do you see how you require the Internal and External for your Business and Life?
