Do you remember going to the swimming pool when you were a kid?  Plug the nose, close your eyes and JUMP!

The first few times you may have walked away…I know I did.  The next few times the knees were knocking but you were determined to do it, and did.  It got easier and easier, so you moved onto the Diving Board, and then the High Diving Board.

Same thing goes for Life too.  Sometimes we just have to hold our breath, close the eyes, and JUMP!

That’s what I’m doing!

Welcome Changes Radio is going to be off the air for 2 weeks as I head into Vegas to work with the same group that helped launch GREAT people and projects like Lisa Nichols and Chicken Soup for the Soul.  It’s a GREAT opportunity I know I would regret deeply if I missed.  So…I hold my breath, close my eyes and JUMP!

Going BIG takes courage.  Going BIG takes determination.  Going BIG means owing that Vision.  It means moving from the back row of the theatre.  Going forward row by row until your standing at the stairs of the Stage.

Is there something before you that requires courage?  How bad to you want it?  Is your determination being tested?  Are you still in the back row watching your Vision, or are you making your way forward to it?

Dreams that never die are there for a reason.  You are given the inspiration.  It’s not random.  It’s not there to create regret.  It is not there for your Ego.  It is there so you can be of service to the world.

Be Who You Are.

Deep Breath!  Close Your Eyes!  GO!

I’ve been signing my emails and blog posts with Dream BIG for years now.  Honestly I can’t remember how long, but I’m going to guess 5 or 6 years now.

I sign it this way not only as a reminder to you, but as a reminder to me! 

It’s very easy to stay small…or at least we think it is.  Being small doesn’t involve stretching or stepping outside of the box.

Being small actually requires  lot of work too.  We naturally grow, so in order to be small we have to stifle growth.  We have to hold our breath in order to stop from popping the lid off the box we’ve stuffed ourselves into!

Not that I’ve ever done this, but it’s like laying down on the bed and sucking your gut in so you can do the button up on the jeans you really shouldn’t be wearing anymore. 

Now how’s that for a visual?

OK…being big isn’t like getting chubby.  It’s more like getting taller, so not only are those jeans too tight, but now they’re floods too.

Being BIG is normal.  It’s natural.  And it’s a whole lot easier than we think it is.

If you’re like me, you’re at a cross-roads.  What you’ve been doing isn’t working anymore, and not because what you were doing is bad or not enough.  It’s because you’re growing…you are more than you were last year.  It’s just time.

Life IS too short (like those old jeans you’re trying to wear).

Get up, Get Going, Dream BIG, BE BIG!

It started out with “If I do get to come and I hope I do” when Pat started thinking about US6.

Once the details came out about the when and where, instead of thinking “I can’t do it”, it went to “How can I do this?”

What started out as a Maybe has exploded into a YES!

What was her Creative Spark?  She’ll be a walking Advertisement all weekend at Unseminar6.  People from all over the web have sponsored her to be there by purchasing advertising on her shirt!

Another friend, Tam of Teach Heal Create jumped on board and created http://www.rentmyshirt.wordpress.com.  How’s that for inspired friendship?  She’ll be a walking Advertisement as well, so more people can sponsor Karen Kay!

A bunch of us began tweeting about it over at Twitter, and then some random tweeting began!  People were amused by the Boobvertising, and started to share!

I’m so inspired by Karen.  Not only is she a wonderful individual, she’s brilliantly creative!
