Let me give you a bit of history before I talk more about my excitement.

Let me give you a bit of history before I talk more about my excitement.

A few months ago I met Liz Mitten Ryan.  She’s the guest on Welcome Changes Radio for August 4th.  We prerecorded the show.  Be sure to listen to it.  It was an AMAZING conversation.

I read her first book to prepare for her show.  I couldn’t put it down!  And it was too beautiful to mark up with my usual highlighting.  It was filled with wisdom and beautiful pictures.

After her show I decided to participate in one of her workshops.  “One with the Herd”  I got that feeling again.  It’s that feeling of excitement that comes from somewhere deep inside me.  The excitement is beyond logical explanation.  I really had no idea what I was getting myself into.  I just knew I was supposed to be there.

Today Liz sent me this video.  I watched it.  The knowing is still there.  I’m meant to be there.  Now, however, there is a whole lot of curiosity mixed in.  I wonder who I will meet?  I wonder what I will learn?  I wonder where I will explore within myself?  I wonder what I will open up, and what I will find?  I wonder who I will be after the week has ended?

I’ll be driving through the beautiful mountains to get there, and I’ll be driving through those beautiful mountains to get home.  I’ll be gone for a week, and you can bet I’ll miss my boys while I’m gone!  I’ll be grateful for that drive home to process.  Everything is exactly as it should be.

When you get those knowing feelings, what do you do with them?  Do you listen? Do you question? Do you logic them away, or do you embrace them?
