Tomorrow on Welcome Changes Radio I have the pleasure of interviewing Christine Martinello, author of “The Momager Guide: Empowering Moms to Leave a Loving Legacy”.

I’ve been reading through her book to prepare for her show.  There was an interesting tidbit in there that I bet most people never thought of!

This applies to both Moms who work outside of the home, and Moms who don’t.  Consider how much it costs to replace you?  It’s not all about the income you bring in.  It’s about your value.

When you value yourself, add in the cost of daycare, chef, concierge, chauffeur, personal shopper, housekeeper, and more. 

Don’t forget about Teacher/Trainer!  You’re training the leaders of tomorrow!
