I know this doesn’t appear to have anything to do with what I usually discuss, however, body health is something wonderfully connected to JOY, and I do whatever I can to keep my body Joy-full too!

I love love love my Vitamix, and use it regularly.  They have the most delicious recipe for Spinach Soup on the site.  Yes, I make soup in my Vitamix!

One of my favourites is a carrot apple drink.  It’s not juice, because all the fibre is still there.

Anyway, apparently they’ll have a Vitamix on one of Martha’s shows tomorrow.  Check it out!
